Good afternoon hope everyone is having a great week. Today is Tuesday and I have walked 2 days in a row. I am at 6200 steps now at 2:00 pm GO GIRL.

I have found a new book for you guys, WW Soups and Stews 103 seasonal recipes with 88 of them 6 points are less. Really good recipes. It starts off with Menus, Appetizers, Fish and Shellfish, Meatless, Meats, Poultry, and Slow Cooker. Found it at Walgreens in the magazine section. $9.99 worth the price.

Another find is Better Home and Garden Fast and Healthy. Again at Walgreens  $9.99 These recipes have all the values to plug into your app. This one offered so much i am having a hard time deciding what to include. It starts of with don't stress and gives some foods that help. I love the Art of Cleanup, which talks about making dishes with whats on hand., high protein easy breakfasts is the bomb!!! Whats not to like chocolate, peanut butter and banana in oats , Tea'd Up Cocktails page 17 for my drinkers. I am going no further get read it modify it to fit your program.

The third one has no values listed but the recipes can be modified. It is the Centennial Kitchen Instant Pot Recipes  again at Walgreens.

Todays recipes are salad dressings. I hate the stuff on the shelves. I will eat almost anything but there is something not right with these bottled dressings, so here goes.

Finally Back Home

Had a really great time in Pomeroy Washington. Made 4 quilt tops ,taught the mystery quilt and rad a really great time visiting and spent great times in prayer with Marge.

Eating was a challenge as they wanted to fed us well. This town is very small with a grocery desert. no greek yogurt for two weeks.  I did the best I could and really enjoyed the company. Back home back on program Greek Yogurt yes , yes.
