This week i am eating left overs from the freezer.  To tried to cook but am still planning for next week.

I ate an ice cream cone on vacation and it was very good. took the points and  felt okay with it. Look for my blog next week.

Vacation is going great!!!!

I have not had a problem with meals thanks to planning number one. Cracker Barrel and Bob Evens.  I am drinking a lot of water because it is really hot at the racetracks.  It seems strange not to be cooking but it has given me time to research new recipes.

The American Diabetes Associates has some very point friendly recipes in the magazine Summer Food Issue. i will create these when I get home next week.
