Red beans with Chicken Sausage 1 point

Supper/Dinner

Chickpea, Avocado Salad/ Egg 3 points


Tuesday Menu

Yogurt / Fruit  0 points

Lunch

Eggplant 1 point

Supper/ Dinner

Cream of Zucchini Soup 1 point


I add 3 fruit servings and  2 salads each day. Additional Chicken breast and hard boiled eggs, cracker serving and Greek non fat yogurt as desired.
