Good evening ! What a day made to batches of cookies for my husband and 10 bagels for me. Slipped in some corn muffins (Skinny Of Course).

Prepping food was discussed at the Saturday meeting. I didnt find that a lot of folks are planning their menus and are not prepping. These two activities make my life so much easier. I know it is not for everyone. So do what you are comfortable with.

On hand items that I do each week are listed below.

Boil Eggs

Saute Beef or Turkey

Grill or bake Chicken Breast

Roast a big batch of Veggies

Clean Fruits and freeze some

Make breakfast Sandwiches

Clean salad greens and other salad items

Plan a menu


This week i am having several soups. These are coming from Simple Nourished Living
