Happy Fall When it Gets Here!!!!


Today was very special for me as i weigh less than anyone in my immediate family.  37 pounds left for me to hit goal weight. Whoohoo credit to my new way of cooking and being mindful of what i put in my mouth. So glad you are taking this ride with me, thanks for the support, I big shout out to my friend Kathy good weight lose.
