Good Morning Monday
I hope you had a great weekend, good food , busy activities and being with who you love.
I had dinner with my friend Juliana at her restaurant last night and as we discussed foods and what our bodies need she made the most profound statement , she said " I am the caretaker of my body and I should take the best of care of it inside and out". THINK about that round, it around in your head the next time you stuff it with no benefit stuff. WOW my friend, it was a profound night. She feels the same way about the ground she has been given where she lives, she takes care of her home inside and out. What a smart woman.
