Happy Sunday To All
I cooked early this morning like 5:00am, i know you were sleeping well Ms Dixie my one eyed Pirate Basset Hound and myself we were up and at them. It worked out fine so I am not as tried as I was last Sunday when I cooked all afternoon.
When I list my items know that they are not really big portions
Meats/Proteins
Turkey Meatballs, Eggs ,Salmon, Chicken Sausage, Brisket, Ham Slices, Boiled Shrimp that we ate in a salad today for lunch.
Vegetables
Squash, cabbage, carrots, sweet potatoes, one baked potato (Steve) and Salads
Fruits
Watermelon, strawberries, grapes, apples, pears and plums.
Snacks
Fruit, FF Greek Yogurt, Premium Protein
Extras
Pasta (Steve), Pie and Cookies (Steve) Ice Cream (Steve)
Muffins
If you crave muffins go over to Hungry Girls site for 3 points Double Chocolate, 1 point Apple Cinnamon and 2 Points Banana Walnut.
